Nach einigen ver\u00f6ffentlichten Singles erschien im Oktober 2018 ihr erstes Album, \u00abBrol\u00bb (dt. Chaos).<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XQKYEs4llzg\" width=\"750\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Gleichzeitig brachte sie mit ihrem Bruder, dem Rapper Rom\u00e9o Elvis ihre vierte Single \u00abTout Oublier\u00bb heraus und erlangte damit auch internationale Bekanntheit. Die Single schaffte es in Frankreich und Belgien auf Platz 1 der Singlecharts. Sie brach Stromaes Rekord (\u00abAlors on danse\u00bb), als die Single neun Wochen lang die Charts anf\u00fchrte. So wurde sie 2018 <em>biggest breakout act in French and Belgian pop<\/em>. Mittlerweile z\u00e4hlt Ang\u00e8le zu den bekanntesten frankophonen Pop-S\u00e4nger*innen.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits im Musikvideo zum Song \u00abTa Reine\u00bb (dt. Deine K\u00f6nigin) spricht sich die Pop-S\u00e4ngerin f\u00fcr LGBTIQ-Anliegen aus. So lautet eine Zeile des Liedes \u00fcbersetzt \u00abAber du willst, dass sie heute deine K\u00f6nigin ist \/ Auch wenn zwei K\u00f6niginnen nicht so akzeptiert werden.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Im November 2019 wurde sie gemeinsam mit der Pariser Filmemacherin Marie Papillon gesehen, ein offizielles Coming-out gab es damals aber nicht. Dazu schreibt sie \u00abWenigstens ist es jetzt klar&#8230; also nicht Claire sondern Marie\u00bb gefolgt von einem Schmetterlingsemoji und Kusssmiley. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Wortspiel mit dem franz\u00f6sischen Wort f\u00fcr klar (clair) und dem Namen Claire. Der Schmetterling steht dabei f\u00fcr den Nachnamen der 32-j\u00e4hrigen Marie Papillon.<\/p>\n<p>Marie Papillon ist ebenfalls keine Unbekannte mehr. Auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/marie_papillon_\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instagram<\/a> folgen ihr \u00fcber 188&#8217;000 Menschen. Bekanntheit erlangte sie durch ihre humorvollen Videos auf Instagram und er\u00f6ffnete sp\u00e4ter ihren eigenen Youtube-Kanal.
