Daf\u00fcr gibt es in Berlin einen Soforthilfefonds.<\/h3>\n<p>Hunderte Opfer von Anfeindungen, Bedrohungen und k\u00f6rperlichen Angriffen in Berlin haben im vergangenen Jahr Soforthilfen aus dem Fonds \u00abBerlin gegen Hassgewalt\u00bb bekommen. Wie die Amadeu Antonio Stiftung am Mittwoch mitteilte, wurden 387 Antr\u00e4ge bewilligt und gut 310&#8217;000 Euro ausgezahlt.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/mannschaft.com\/identifiziert-kuenstliche-intelligenz-bald-unsere-queerness\/\">Identifiziert K\u00fcnstliche Intelli\u00adgenz bald unsere Queerness? Im Dezember beschloss die EU den AI Act, um den Einsatz von KI-Systemen zu regeln (MANNSCHAFT+)<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Unter <a href=\"https:\/\/mannschaft.com\/tag\/hassgewalt\/\">Hassgewalt<\/a> versteht die Stiftung verbale oder k\u00f6rperliche Attacken aus rassistischen, antisemitischen, behindertenfeindlichen, homophoben oder sexistischen Motiven.<\/p>\n<p>Der Fonds zahlt Soforthilfen f\u00fcr ganz unterschiedliche Erfordernisse der Opfer, zum Beispiel f\u00fcr Anwalts- oder Therapiekosten oder auch f\u00fcr die Reparatur etwa eines Handys, das bei einem Angriff zu Bruch geht. Hassgewalt gebe es aber auch zu Hause, etwa durch Nachbar*innen oder Mitbewohner*innen, oder am Arbeitsplatz durch Kolleg*innen oder Vorgesetzte.<\/p>\n<p>Der Soforthilfefonds wird von der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amadeu-antonio-stiftung.de\/projekte\/berlin-gegen-hassgewalt-soforthilfefonds-fuer-betroffene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amadeu Antonio Stiftung<\/a> getragen. Geld kommt seit Mitte 2021 aus dem auf Initiative des Berliner Abgeordnetenhauses gegr\u00fcndeten Unterst\u00fctzungsfonds f\u00fcr Betroffene politisch-extremistischer Gewalt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zahlen 2023 lagen deutlich h\u00f6her als ein Jahr zuvor, als 148 Anfragen bewilligt und 123&#8217;000 Euro ausgezahlt wurden. Der Anstieg ist f\u00fcr die Stiftung ein Zeichen, dass der Bedarf hoch bleibe, dass der Fonds aber auch bekannter und mehr genutzt werde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anti-queere Gesetze haben einen Einfluss auf das psychische Wohlbefinden der Betroffenen und k\u00f6nnen zu einer h\u00f6heren Suizidrate f\u00fchren.
