Ihr Programm wirft ein unbeirrbares Licht auf Homophobie, Gewalt und Frauenfeindlichkeit.<\/h3>\n<p>Die ber\u00fchmteste lebende Tochter Tasmanians d\u00fcrfte <a href=\"https:\/\/hannahgadsby.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hannah Gadsby<\/a> sein; auch der 1959 verstorbene Schauspieler Errol Flynn wurde hier geboren. Gadsby, Jahrgang 1978, wuchs in Smithton im Nordwesten Tasmaniens auf \u00ad\u2013 \u00abdie kleine Insel, die am Arsch von Australien davon treibt\u00bb, wie die Comedienne in ihrem Programm \u00abNanette\u00bb witzelt, das auf Netflix zu sehen ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Insel sei ber\u00fchmt f\u00fcr Kartoffeln und \u00abihren be\u00e4ngstigend kleinen Genpool\u00bb, weiss Hannah \u00fcber ihre Heimat zu berichten. Dort wuchs sie als junge Lesbe an einem Ort auf, an dem Homosexualit\u00e4t noch illegal war und LGBTIQ verfolgt wurden.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5aE29fiatQ0?enablejsapi\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Comedy beschreibt das, was sie auf der B\u00fchne tut, nur sehr unzureichend. Kritiker*innen, die nicht \u00fcber sie lachen k\u00f6nnen oder wollen, nennen ihr Programm absch\u00e4tzig einen Vortrag. Aber den h\u00e4lt sie immer wieder mit grossem Erfolg.<\/p>\n<p>Und nun kommt ihr neues Programm: \u00abSomething Special\u00bb wurde aufgezeichnet im Sydney Opera House und ist ab 9. Mai bei Netflix zu sehen. Sie wurde u.a. mit einem Emmy-Award ausgezeichnet und erhielt die Ehrendoktorw\u00fcrde der University of Tasmania.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Stand-up-Comedy von innen nach aussen dekonstruiert und gleichzeitig ein unbeirrbares Licht auf Homophobie, Sexismus, Gewalt und Frauenfeindlichkeit geworfen<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gadsby habe, so die Begr\u00fcndung, \u00abStand-up-Comedy von innen nach aussen dekonstruiert und gleichzeitig ein unbeirrbares Licht auf Homophobie, Sexismus, Gewalt und Frauenfeindlichkeit geworfen \u2013 alles im Zusammenhang mit ihrer eigenen gelebten Erfahrung\u00bb. Sie habe zudem einen tiefgreifenden Einfluss auf die zeitgen\u00f6ssische Popul\u00e4rkultur, trotz der ernsten Themen, die sie behandelt \u2013 etwa die Brutalit\u00e4t der europ\u00e4ischen Invasion.<\/p>\n<p>Ausserdem setzt sie sich daf\u00fcr ein, als Nationalfeiertag, dem Australia Day, nicht mehr der Ankunft der ersten britischen Flotte am 26.
